The Daniel Plan


       Hello and welcome to the Daniel Plane.  I pray you make the most of this study.  It is designed on five essentials:  Faith, Food, Fitness, Focus, and Friends. It is 40 Days to a HEALTHIER LIFE using those five essentials.
      Faith is the foundation of the Daniel Plan.  Select a scripture each week and try to memorize that scripture to help you stay focus on God and His Word. Read God’s Word and Pray. Meditate on your memory verse, claim His Word and live His Word.
      We are entering our fourth week of the Daniel Plan and I pray you are using all the tools necessary to meet your goals.  Read each chapter with enthusiasm; let the word sink deeply in your spirit.  Use the study guide for inspiration knowing that all change starts with acceptance.  Keep a journal.  When you write words on paper, they become real to you, and they can encourage you to continue what you have started.  Call a friend to join you on this journey or join a group.  A group will hold you accountable and will help you when you reach a weak point. Remember “We are better together.”
